Main responsibilities: Lead and follow up on project managers and work supervisors Direct projects and allocate resources to ensure quality, progress, and profitability Responsible for financial follow-up, documentation, and administration Maintain close customer contact and follow projects from start to completion Drive development work and contribute to the company's continued growth We are looking for you as At least 5 years of experience as a work supervisor, project manager, or in a similar leadership role in the construction industry Experience in driving and leading production Relevant education in construction or equivalent experience Good understanding of economics, budgeting, and financial follow-up Interest in business and customer relations Valid driver's license (Category B) To thrive in this role, you are an engaged person who is motivated by leading others and driving projects forward.
