About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will mainly help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to a smooth everyday routine. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client is a 24-year-old woman living in Hägersten. The majority of the work takes place at the client's daily activities, where you will be at her side as personal support throughout the day. The client's individual needs guide the workday, and the work includes personal care, mobility assistance, training, and communication. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. You are a person who thrives with clear daily routines but has the flexibility to take initiative when the situation requires it. You have good physical fitness since heavy lifting and mobility assistance occur in the work. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client. For this position, you must: Tolerate pets Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Have good physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility For this position, it is beneficial if you: Have previous experience working as a personal assistant or within care and support Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment form is "for the duration of the assistance assignment" with an employment level of approximately 70%. Working hours are scheduled during daytime on weekdays according to the following schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 08:50–14:50 Tuesday: 08:50–13:50 Fixed hourly wages according to agreement and other compensation in accordance with the collective agreement.
