About the Role As a group manager with us at Humana Norrtälje Hamn, you combine administrative leadership with being present in daily care work. Close Leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team. Your focus is to support, provide feedback, and ensure quality in operations according to Humana's methods. Development: You are part of the local management team and report to the operations manager. Here you get to be involved and influence the future of the residence. About Us Humana Norrtälje Hamn is a modern elderly care facility located centrally in Norrtälje. It is a large yet personal residence with proximity to Norrtälje's beautiful harbor. Communications are excellent, with only about a ten-minute walk to Norrtälje bus station. There is parking near the residence where you can park for two hours free of charge; additional time is subject to fees. Bicycle racks are located close to the residence. Humana Norrtälje Hamn's elderly care facility consists of 80 comfortable apartments, divided across four floors with two units on each floor. Each unit has a shared kitchen with bright dining rooms for pleasant meals and living rooms that invite socializing. We also have a fifth floor where we have, among other things, a rooftop terrace, assembly hall, gym, sauna, and changing rooms. We are based on person-centered care where our residents are the focus. Who Are You? We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and who are passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others. We are looking for you who: Are clear in your communication and create participation in the team. Have a coaching approach and are responsive to both residents' and employees' needs. Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks. Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. Experience in leadership within eldercare is seen as a merit, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your willingness to grow with us. What Do We Offer You? About the Position: Working Hours and Degree: Day, evening, and weekend shifts - 100%. Employment Type: Permanent employment; we apply a six-month probationary period. Salary: We apply individual salary setting for base salary. Other compensation is given according to collective agreement. Start Date: Immediately or by agreement.
