About the Role As a Senior Performance Marketer, you typically manage five to six clients simultaneously. The client portfolio consists of a mix of B2C, e-commerce, ticket sales, and B2B, with varying media budgets and business objectives. You work operationally in the platforms but are also expected to understand the client's business, identify opportunities, and translate data into clear recommendations. The role includes both ongoing optimization and close client dialogue. Your main responsibilities will be to: Plan and execute campaigns primarily in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising against client business goals. Manage budgets, tracking, and reporting. Build strong and long-term relationships with clients. Recommend new channels, markets, and approaches when there is potential. You are expected to progressively drive the assignments independently and develop a clear picture of what works, what needs to change, and which initiatives should be prioritized. After six months, you should be able to take clear ownership of both results in the accounts and the development of client relationships. Your Background You have at least three years of experience in digital advertising and are self-sufficient in both Meta Ads and Google Ads. You understand how channel strategy, campaign structure, audiences, creative formats, budgets, and tracking interconnect. You also need to have basic technical understanding of tracking. You understand why proper measurement is crucial and can handle basic implementation of pixels via Google Tag Manager. We would also like to see that you have: Strong skills in both paid social and paid search. Experience with budget responsibility and results tracking. Experience presenting results and recommendations to clients. Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in parallel. Basic knowledge of GTM, pixels, and cookie consent.
