Coordinator/Operations Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION As a coordinator/operations manager, you will work under management and serve as an important link between management and our various restaurants. Your main task is to coordinate, follow up, and ensure that daily operations run efficiently and in accordance with the group's routines and goals. The role involves working operatively close to the restaurants and their managers. You will therefore move between our different operations in Stockholm and need to thrive in a role where workdays can vary. Your main responsibilities: Coordinate and follow up on daily operations at our restaurants Serve as a link between management and the restaurants' managers Ensure that routines, quality, and service are followed Follow up on staffing and personnel planning Support restaurant managers and supervisors in daily operations Coordinate personnel and resources between restaurants as needed Follow up on purchasing, inventory, deliveries, and other operational matters Participate in introduction and training of staff Ensure that internal routines and regulatory requirements are met Identify operational issues and work with those responsible to find solutions Report and follow up on operations together with management Assist with openings, events, and other activities within the group WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone with experience from a similar role who understands how operational management works in practice. You are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy working with people. You need to be able to handle multiple operations and tasks simultaneously and be comfortable making operational decisions within your area of responsibility. We would like to see that you have previously worked as, for example, a restaurant manager, operations manager, supervisor, or in a similar coordinating role. We are looking for someone who: Has experience in management Is structured and has good organizational skills Is responsible and solution-oriented Communicates easily and collaborates with different people Can work independently while following management's guidelines Is flexible and willing to help where the business needs it Has good computer skills and can work with administrative tasks Speaks and writes English fluently WHAT WE OFFER You will get a central and varied role in an established restaurant group where you work closely with both management and our restaurants.
