What does a recruiter do at Perido? As a recruiter at Perido, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from job requirements and search to interview, presentation, and placement. The role is hands-on and relationship-driven, with close collaboration with both clients, candidates, salespeople, and consultant managers. You recruit broadly within the white-collar sector, including IT and finance, with a focus on pace, quality, and accuracy. Perido stands out by being engaged and personal in our way of working. Continuous and regular dialogue with both clients and candidates is always in focus, even when the pace is high. We are looking for someone who has: An academic degree at bachelor's level in HR/Personnel Science, IT, Finance, or similar Experience working with recruitment Comfortable with an operational approach and managing multiple processes in parallel Enjoy building long-term relationships and easily establish trust Are responsible, structured, and comfortable in a dynamic environment Goal-focused and thrive working toward set goals and KPIs Are curious, quick to understand new assignments, and confident in dialogue with people A positive "can-do" attitude and high sense of responsibility Scope and Start Date Full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
