We also receive acute patients daily who may have suffered from kidney stone attacks, urosepsis, hematuria, and other urinary tract symptoms. We also care for acute patients with surgical conditions. Job Description In your role as a nurse on the ward, you plan, lead, and perform specific urological and sometimes surgical nursing work. You work continuously with patient observations, are responsible for pre- and postoperative care, pain management, palliative care, and ensure that the patient is optimized before surgery.
