Your role As a childcare worker, you work based on the preschool's mission and governing documents and implement them in your daily work. You build safe and positive relationships with children and colleagues and are engaged and actively present in children's play, learning, and education throughout the day. You work goal-oriented on projects with planned teaching and are engaged and involved in the activities. You take responsibility for your assignment and contribute with engagement, presence, and joy in your work as a childcare worker. Your competence and experience We're looking for someone who has: childcare worker training practical experience in pedagogical activities good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It's also an asset if you have: knowledge and experience with Tempus, Infomentor, and PoB We place particular emphasis on the following personal abilities and skills: You act professionally and confidently in your role and adapt your approach based on situation and individual. You have good understanding of children's different circumstances and adapt your communication and pedagogical approach accordingly. You see the bigger picture, take responsibility for your assignment, and act in the best interest of the operation. You are flexible and can adjust when conditions and priorities change. Through an open, attentive, and solution-focused approach, you contribute to good cooperation and a positive work environment. Other information This is a fixed-term full-time position. To strengthen our focus on the competencies and experience required for this role, you do not need to submit a cover letter.
