In August, we will also launch Southwest 2. Our mission is important and shared: to assess and treat children and young people with neuropsychiatric difficulties. With us, physicians, psychologists, nurses, medical secretaries, and managers collaborate to provide our patients with accessible, effective, and patient-focused care. The work climate at BUP Neuropsychiatry is characterized by a development-oriented approach, high competence, and quality. You, like all staff members, are an important part of the team and have the opportunity to contribute to continuous development by participating in the unit's ongoing development work. Currently, approximately 20 other specialist psychiatrists work within the section. At Southwest, you will have 5 other physician colleagues to develop the work together with. We are currently working on a specific project for improved follow-up in medication treatment. Qualifications You should be a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry or adult psychiatry with clinical work experience in the field. You are accustomed to working based on current research and evidence-based methods. Personal Qualities We are looking for a colleague who is confident and structured in their professional practice, with good judgment and strong collaboration skills who, through their way of working, can contribute to a positive work environment characterized by high professionalism.
