As a compensation strategy expert, you will drive and coordinate Region Skåne's work with various aspects of compensation strategy and processes such as salary reviews, pay equity mapping, and Region Skåne's compensation policy. This involves independent work where you develop processes and guidelines in this area and maintain good cooperation with labor organizations.
