What does the role involve? As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for daily operations and maintenance delivery within the contract on the Öresund Bridge. In this role, you lead the operation both operationally and strategically. Examples of responsibilities and tasks: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8–10 electricians and technicians. - Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery according to the contract. - Plan, prioritize, and follow up on daily operations. - Build and develop a close relationship with the customer. - Monitor operational results and report to your direct manager. - Drive continuous improvement work and develop the operation. - Work closely with operations and support employees in their daily work. The role is based in Malmö with the main workplace on the Öresund Bridge. The work is operations-focused and is performed primarily on-site during daytime hours. This is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period. You report to the Contract Manager and are part of the management team together with other operations and site managers within the Real Estate South region. Travel occurs to a limited extent, primarily in connection with internal meetings. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience leading employees in operations, maintenance, or other technical activities and who thrives in an operational management role with significant responsibility. You have good technical understanding and are accustomed to planning, prioritizing, and following up on daily operations. If you have worked with maintenance systems, such as Maximo or similar, that is a merit. As a leader, you are confident, clear, and present. You build trust by being close to operations and creating good relationships with both employees and customers. You work in a structured manner, have good analytical ability, and drive improvements methodically. For this role, you need to speak Swedish fluently and have good English skills. Post-secondary technical education is desirable, and experience with maintenance in infrastructure, industry, or technical facilities is a merit. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
