Curious about psychiatry and psychosis care? Want to be part of an operation that is courageous and person-centered? The Psychiatric Clinic offers rewarding and exciting clinical work, breadth and depth of expertise, and many different development paths for all professional groups. Our Offer The Psychiatric Clinic in Linköping is a university clinic with many different operations. The clinic consists of outpatient and inpatient care, a detoxification unit, and an acute care unit. In addition, we have mobile services; the mobile outpatient team and prehospital acute psychiatric mobility (psychiatric ambulance). Our nurses want to develop, and the clinic has therefore invested in strengthened nursing competence. In recent years, we have empowered our nurses to take responsibility and drive the development of nursing care, and we work to make the latest research understandable and applicable in our clinical daily work. For some time now, we have worked with a recovery-oriented approach, and we see how care has moved from a more traditional approach to being driven by increasingly flexible and person-centered care where the patient's experience and needs are always our starting point. This in turn makes daily work more meaningful and developmental. As a nurse with us, you have excellent opportunities to develop and build a career within the clinic. You are offered both internal and external training, for example communication training. There is also the possibility of paid continuing education to become a specialist nurse in psychiatry – a step we are happy to support you in. You can read about our career ladder for nurses here, as well as about your benefits with us. Job Description We are now looking for a nurse for our inpatient ward s-90 with a focus on psychotic illness, such as schizophrenia and delusional disorder. Here we care for people in different phases of their illness – from newly onset to chronic conditions often with comorbidity with other conditions or diseases. As a nurse in psychosis care, you have a central role in both stabilizing and supporting the patient in their recovery process. You have a leadership role in nursing care work, where the relationship with the patient is the foundation for meeting individual needs based on their unique life situation. You work closely with the patient and build secure relationships through conversation and presence – relationships that promote trust, participation, and recovery. The work takes place in a team and you are responsible for daily nursing care, which includes medication management, participation in rounds, reporting, and collaboration with other care providers. We work creatively and resource-focused, with the patient's skills at the center. We use techniques, methods, approaches, measures, and actions that are based in different areas of expertise. Here you have the opportunity to develop, contribute, and be an important part of a context where every encounter counts. We value a good work environment with a focus on respect, safety, and community. We work continuously to create a safe and permissive work environment where the focus is on communication, reflection, and feedback. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a genuine interest in meeting people in vulnerable life situations. Experience in psychiatric care or a specialist nurse degree is an advantage, but not decisive – we also welcome you who are new to the field. With curiosity, commitment, and the desire to do the best for the patient, you will develop together with us. As a new nurse, you are offered personally tailored introduction and mentorship from an experienced nurse for as long as needed. We offer accessible leadership and you will have support from your immediate manager who is readily available in the ward. You have the ability to see both the patient's needs and resources. We want Xamera DEV to become Sweden's most modern and humane consulting firm. The journey has begun, and we're not doing it by copying the industry's old playbook – we're writing a new one. Our slogan is "Exploring tomorrow. Delivering today." – and these aren't empty words. It's how we work and act every day. The Role We're looking for a Business Manager in Linköping who wants to help shape something truly new and valuable. Not maintain a legacy – but lay the foundation for one. You're stepping into leadership of the DevDesign business area – electrical design, mechanics, and product development – with everything that entails: freedom, responsibility, and an organization built for movement rather than hierarchy. There are no thick manuals here on how things should be done, but there is a clear direction, clear goals, and clear values that guide you right. You know how to read a business situation and you have a network to open doors with – but what really drives you is something more fundamental: you genuinely like people. You build relationships that last – with customers who trust you and consultants who know you're in their corner. Not because it's in your job description, but because trust is what you're interested in building long-term. You're equally comfortable in a deep 1:1 with a consultant thinking about their career as you are in a strategic customer meeting where you need to close the deal. You're driven and goal-focused – but not in a way that cuts corners. You challenge yourself, maintain high business ethics and integrity, and always put the team before your own agenda. Unpretentious isn't a word you need to explain – it's just who you are. What You Get A key role in a company with a clear growth trajectory Flat organization, short decision-making paths, and a strong mandate to shape your part of Xamera DEV Colleagues who are just as driven as you – and who share the wins, not just the tasks Professional and personal development Strong benefits and access to one of the tech industry's most cutting-edge networks "We lead the change. We build the future of consulting." Does this sound like your next journey? Send in your application – we'd rather talk too early than too late. Contact: Magnus Carlsson [email protected]
