About the Position As head of tactical systems, you will lead and develop operations with responsibility for the tactical systems material area, which includes electronic warfare, communication, decision support, and data links, among others. You have an important role in ensuring that the operation has the right expertise and conditions to deliver materiel and functions to technical equipment throughout all life cycle phases. You are responsible for operations, personnel, and budget, and work actively to develop both the operation and your employees. Through clear and trustworthy leadership, you create engagement, participation, and good conditions for the unit to reach its goals. The role also includes ensuring competency supply within the operational area, contributing to management group work, and collaborating with the Swedish Armed Forces, industry, and other partners. As a manager, you represent FMV's vision, goals, and values and lead the operation according to the authority's leadership principles. The position is based in Linköping. You have current and relevant experience from a managerial role, for example as a project manager, and communicate well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have experience as a manager, have worked in a technical operational area, or have basic knowledge of systems engineering.
