We are now seeking a Site Manager who wants to lead major construction and infrastructure projects together with our team in Östergötland. Will you join us on this journey? The Role of Site Manager As a Site Manager in our projects, you have a central role and significant responsibility. You plan the project and lead production from start to finish. Your areas of responsibility as Site Manager: • Safety, work environment, and environmental management • Production estimates/budgeting • Production planning • Delivering results according to the project's financial targets, including monthly follow-ups and forecasts • Documentation and delivering the right quality in accordance with contracts and objectives • Maintaining good customer relations throughout the project • Building and contributing to a well-functioning team that works well together The team typically consists of a Work Manager, Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Engineer, Survey Technician, skilled workers, and subcontractors. In this role, you will have personnel responsibility for skilled workers in the team. Who Are You? To be successful as a Site Manager with us, we require that you have: • Many years of experience in the construction industry • Experience in the role of Site Manager for construction projects • Familiarity with AMA, AB04, ABT06, BAS-U • Experience with budgeting and resource and time planning Good written and spoken communication in Swedish, computer skills, and a B-class driver's license are essential. It is also beneficial if you have previously worked with "MAP cost management" or similar systems.
