The facility is beautifully situated surrounded by forest with good access to public transportation and community services. The facility was taken over from Linköping Municipality in March and is currently in a development phase where we strive for stability, responsibility, high competence, and continuity. We provide housing for 5 people with varying support needs. All have extensive care and support requirements with significant variation. We are looking for someone who is attentive to the small signals and actively seeks communication to strengthen each individual's sense of self-determination and ability to influence their daily life. We have close interdisciplinary collaboration with health and medical services as well as rehabilitation organizations. We are now seeking a new star for our team, driven by commitment and the ability to see possibilities in every unique individual while creating security in daily life for those who are most vulnerable. About the Role As a residential support worker, you will base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Working together with other team members, your goal is to make each day meaningful and fulfilling. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends; the facility has awake night staff. You will have a group leader or group manager working closely with you who spends part of their time in the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You have secondary education in care and health or equivalent training. You have good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing, solid computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support and help you grow. You have a positive outlook, strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, and you always prioritize our service users' best interests in everything you do.
