Job Description The counseling clinic is central for assessment and treatment of mental health at the healthcare center, and staff work closely with other professional groups. Over the past year we have worked with CBT, internet-based CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic/relational therapy. We are looking for you to work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in primary care. The primary care mission includes assessing and treating mild to moderate stress, burnout syndrome, depression, worry, anxiety, sleep issues, crises, PTSD, and chronic pain. We also have the mission to conduct initial screening for neuropsychiatric difficulties ahead of potential psychiatric referral. The role also includes a consultative function for other professions, participation in various meetings, rehabilitation teams for sick leave processes, etc. We also work with telephone counseling.
