As a Facilities Controller, you are responsible for the operational follow-up of Regionfastigheter's facilities management and grounds maintenance. Together with a colleague, you have a central role in developing and following up our service agreements and ensuring that our suppliers deliver according to the agreement with high quality. You become an important link between facilities contractors, technical developers, and administration. Through close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to creating a robust, safe, and cost-effective facilities operation. Your responsibilities You will, among other things: follow up and ensure quality of the operational delivery within facilities management and grounds maintenance represent Regionfastigheter in ongoing collaboration with facilities contractors contribute to the development of agreements and working methods together with the agreements manager and technical developer develop routines and processes for safe and efficient facilities management coordinate contact channels with facilities contractors during special events and crisis situations be responsible for budgeting and forecasting within facilities management and grounds maintenance. You work closely with colleagues in, among other areas, property management, real estate economics, operations, and building projects. The role offers great variety and many points of contact, where you get the opportunity to influence both today's and tomorrow's property management. Your team You will be part of our technical team where specialists in various technical areas work together to develop Region Östergötland's properties. About you You have a university or college education in facilities management, building technology, or other education and experience that we consider equivalent. You have experience in facilities management, technical administration, or similar operations and feel confident working with follow-up, coordination, and quality development. You have good knowledge of ABFF and experience managing complex properties. Experience with contract follow-up is meritorious. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good digital skills. If you have experience with the property management system Faciliate, that is meritorious. A class B driver's license is required as the position involves traveling within Östergötland. You take initiative, work independently, and at the same time easily collaborate with others.
