Part-Time Sales Associate at Myrorna Helsingborg

Are you passionate about customer service and sales and want to work for an organization that makes a difference for both people and the environment? We are now seeking a sales associate for a part-time temporary position at Myrorna's store in Helsingborg. As a sales associate at Myrorna, your main task will be to be available for customers, listen to their needs, and ensure that the store inspires purchases. Your responsibilities will include customer service, cash register operations, item valuation, merchandising, physical and digital product displays, warehouse work, unpacking goods, receiving merchandise, and cleaning. Another important part of the role is mentoring a number of interns in the store. Are you the person we're looking for? To succeed in this role, you have current retail experience from the retail sector, and we would appreciate if you have worked with visual merchandising in stores to ensure an inspiring store environment that creates the desire to shop through product displays. As a person, you learn new information and knowledge easily so that you have the ability to quickly get up to speed in the role. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create good and trusting collaboration with your colleagues. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in mentoring, and as a person you are self-driven, proactive, and unpretentious in your work approach. Since conditions in the store can change from one day to the next, it is important that you thrive in a changing environment. You are organized, independent, service-oriented, flexible, enjoy working at a fast pace, and can handle physically demanding work. Of course, you have a strong interest in fashion and interior design, and we assess that you need to have command of the Swedish language in speech and writing. What we can offer you As an employee at Myrorna, you contribute to great meaningfulness in several ways! We work to strengthen the circular economy through reuse, we support people on their journey to employment through work experience placements with us, and the surplus from our operations goes to various social activities that the Salvation Army works with. These are activities to help the most vulnerable in society and can include, for example, food baskets, camp activities, and Christmas gifts for children and shelters for abused women. You will also have the opportunity for varied and developmental work in the sales associate role at Myrorna, where you work with a unique selection of items and a broad customer base where no two days are alike. Myrorna is bound by collective agreements, and for sales associates, it is the retail trade agreement. You are also offered wellness benefits and employee discounts at all Myrorna physical stores. Salary is set according to the current collective agreement. This position is a part-time temporary role for 1 year with good prospects for extension. Start as soon as possible, by mutual agreement. Information about the position is provided by store manager Jeanette Adél Nilsson, [email protected]. We require a background check before making an employment decision. Myrorna is Sweden's most well-known second-hand retail chain with stores throughout the country. We are the largest when it comes to collecting clothes and items that can be reused. The business operates like any other retail chain, with budgets, sales targets, and financial results. Yet we differ from others because our financial surplus from sales goes to the Salvation Army's social work in Sweden. Our mission also includes contributing to sustainable social change by getting more Swedes to reuse items, as well as helping more people who are far from the job market come closer through work experience placements with us. These three missions are central to everything we do – from how we collect items to how we sell them. We are an important social actor working for a sustainable world for the past 130 years. Is Sigge Looking for You to Join His Wonderful Assistant Team?

Do you love football and hockey? Or maybe one of them? Are you someone who sees opportunities instead of obstacles and is curious about what ambitious goals can actually be achieved? Are you positive and enjoy working in a team? Then this job is for you! The position is full-time, working days/evenings/weekends, with the possibility of hourly work as needed. We are a tight-knit assistant team that has a lot of fun together, which means that even when life gets a bit tough sometimes, we get through it with our combined strength. Who are we and most importantly, who is Sigge and what do we expect from you? Sigge is now looking for a personal assistant who can complement our already fantastic assistant team. Sigge is a happy, creative, adventurous, and positive guy almost 17 years old who has a very rare muscle disease. We in the team, however, choose to look beyond the disease and its challenges—for us, it's rarely an obstacle. When you start working with us, you'll be part of a team that loves sports in all its forms. Above all, it's the favorite team Liverpool that gets all the attention when it comes to football, but when it comes to hockey, you'll find us cheering at Catena Arena in Ängelholm for Rögle. It's not just sports that are a big part of Sigge's and his team's life—we also love music, and especially live music, which is why we often go to concerts around the country. Sigge also loves to ski, so we try to get out and do that from time to time. When Sigge gets to go down the ski slope in his bi-ski, he's at his best. When we're at home, it's mostly video games and watching sports (mainly football) on TV. So what do we expect from you? We're looking for someone who is confident and dares to challenge—both us and society's norms. Personal chemistry is incredibly important, as is being social and bringing yourself to the table, since we always include our assistants in the family and its everyday life. Days rarely look the same. That's why we want to find someone who chooses to see possibilities instead of problems. You should not be afraid of dogs and should not be allergic—the workplace is based on a small farm in Svalöv municipality. To get here, you must have access to a car and hold a valid driver's license. You must be a non-smoker! The work requires no special prior knowledge or qualifications—personal chemistry is what matters. We will train you according to a model that works here so you feel confident in your daily work. If you're curious, contact Jeanette at 0708-933953 and she'll be happy to tell you more.
