About the role: As a group leader in cleaning at Sodexo, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating cleaning assignments in an area stretching from Torekov to Malmö. Based in Helsingborg, you'll ensure high quality delivery to our customers and be a key person in daily operations. Your main responsibilities include: - Planning, coordinating, and following up on cleaning assignments within your area. - Leading and motivating the cleaning team to ensure a good work environment and high quality. - Handling changes in a solution-oriented manner and responding quickly to urgent needs. - Collaborating with customers and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. - Administrative tasks, such as reporting and documentation. - Performing various cleaning tasks. Who are you? To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who: - Has previous experience with operations planning and personnel management, preferably in cleaning or similar work. - Holds a class B driver's license and is flexible about traveling within the area. - Is comfortable using computers and digital tools in your work. - Has strong leadership qualities and enjoys inspiring and developing employees. - Is solution-oriented, creative, and able to think strategically even under pressure. - Communicates clearly and has a good ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues.
