Read more at www.automationspartner.se About the Role As a project manager, you become the hub of the project team and are responsible for all aspects of the project - from planning and resource allocation to technical coordination, quality assurance, and delivery. You work closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure that the solutions always maintain the highest quality. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead the project team and take overall responsibility for project planning, timeline, budget, and risk management Ensure that solutions meet customer requirements and serve as the central contact for both internal specialists and external stakeholders Develop and nurture customer relationships with a consultative, business-oriented approach This is an opportunity to combine your leadership with your interest in technology and processes in a work environment that values precision and innovation. Your Profile We're looking for someone who is a confident leader with strong business acumen and who thrives in technically complex projects. You have a natural ability to get specialists to work toward common goals, even in challenging situations. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in project management with external customers, preferably within mechanical engineering or industrial automation Engineering degree or equivalent experience Structured and accustomed to taking overall responsibility for all aspects of the project Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience from regulated operations What Do We Offer You?
