Our employees work on schedules including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Solo work may occur. We work in clients' homes where smoking and animals may be present. Job Duties Supported Housing: We work motivatingly and supportively with the individual in their efforts to manage an independent life, and to achieve this we work with, among other things, ESL. All clients shall have an implementation plan with goals and reasonable sub-goals developed together with the client based on the individual's own circumstances and the assignment formulated by the social worker. We have different types of supported housing: Housing First, Support and Housing Team, Supported Family Housing, Sköldenborg, Malmögatan, Plutogatan 11, Carnot, Elineberg, and Fenix. Housing with Special Services: The tasks performed include both social support, activation and motivational work, as well as basic services such as support with cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, food and meal planning. HSL services in collaboration with and delegated by nursing staff occur. The activities include individual planning, offering social contact with the individual, and enabling cultural and recreational activities. Care and support services also occur here. We have two residential facilities: BSS Maria Sol and Plutogatan 9. Assessment Housing: The tasks performed include both social support, activation and motivational work, as well as basic services such as support with cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, food and meal planning. HSL services in collaboration with and delegated by nursing staff occur. The activities include individual planning, offering social contact with the individual, and enabling cultural and recreational activities. At the assessment housing facility, clients' support needs are mapped. Our assessment housing facility is located at Hebsackersgatan. Qualifications for Supported Housing - Education as a social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, social worker or equivalent with at least two years of post-secondary education, or currently pursuing such education - Knowledge of substance abuse and dependency and/or knowledge of social psychiatry - Experience working with substance abuse issues and/or social psychiatry in some form through work or internship Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Qualifications for Housing with Special Services - Education as a support assistant, care worker, nursing assistant or equivalent, or currently pursuing such education - You must perform delegated HSL tasks in your work. You will receive internal training and take a knowledge test when you begin your employment - Experience in psychiatric care and social psychiatry with focus on adults - Experience in substance abuse care For all positions, you must have a Class B driver's license and be willing to drive. At Kava/ENT, we primarily care for patients with acute surgical conditions. The most common reasons for admission are various abdominal diagnoses, acute bleeding, and trauma. We also care for a smaller patient group within the ear, nose, and throat specialty, where diagnoses can include acute conditions, planned surgery, and/or cancer diagnosis. Our patients may also require tracheostomy care. Acute nursing care also includes pre- and postoperative care. We receive patients around the clock, with most admissions coming through the emergency department. The department is also responsible for the Ear, Nose, and Throat emergency unit, which is staffed with physicians and nursing assistants. Evening, night, and weekend shifts occur in this position. We use a wish-based scheduling system and work two weekends out of five. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed nurse with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare and feel confident communicating in Swedish. Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required for this position. We would like you to have several years of clinical experience in emergency care, but it is not a requirement. It is also advantageous if you have experience with and/or are specialist trained in the ear, nose, and throat field and/or surgical acute care. We are now seeking a chief physician or specialist physician for the BUP outpatient clinic and one for BUP intermediate care. Both units are located at Rönnowsgatan 10D in Helsingborg. You can easily get there by bike, train, or car. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) has the mission to provide specialized child and adolescent psychiatric care for patients up to 18 years old. In Northwest Skåne, there are outpatient clinics in Helsingborg, Ängelholm, and Landskrona. Our shared intermediate care includes intermediate care for children ages 6 to 18, a family unit for ages 0 to 18, a small eating disorder team, and infant services for patients between 0 and 6 years old. These services complement the efforts provided by the outpatient clinics. Inpatient care is located in Malmö.
