Responsibilities In your role as a nurse, you will meet patients who need acute and intensive support. You work independently and are responsible for providing good quality treatment and psychiatric care. We offer support through home visits, clinic visits, and more. You participate in rounds and various meetings with care colleagues. Collaboration takes place internally within your team, with LARO in Sundsvall and the open care clinics in Sollefteå and Kramfors. Externally, collaboration mainly occurs with social services, but also with other authorities such as the employment agency, social insurance agency, and others. As a nurse at the clinic, you will perform: Routine tasks such as medication management, blood draws Support and motivational conversations Medication adjustments Checks, assessments, and evaluations Responsibility for patient care and follow-up during medication initiation as well as your own care documentation.
