Description Affective Clinic 2 is one of two specialist clinics for adult and geriatric psychiatric patients with depression and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive syndrome, and severe trauma-related conditions. The catchment area covers all of Gothenburg as well as Partille, Härryda, and Mölndal. The clinic is located together with its sister clinic, Affective Clinic 1, at Rullagergatan 5 in Gamlestaden, in the old industrial area by SKF. The facilities are bright and well-suited for our operations and are located in an exciting neighborhood undergoing development with beautiful walking paths and plenty of lunch options. Duties Due to a parental leave, we are now seeking a skilled and committed temporary nurse for one of our two affective treatment teams. Competent staff with long experience in specialist psychiatry are looking for a new colleague. The team consists of a nurse, psychologist, social worker, rehabilitation coordinator, and specialist physician. You will also have access to an occupational therapist and physical therapist in the adjacent team within the unit. The nurse's responsibilities include individual counseling sessions, suicide prevention work, acute assessments, medication follow-ups, and collaboration with the team's physician, cooperation with neighboring care units, and administrative tasks related to certain aspects of teamwork. The work is varied and independent in that you plan a large portion of your own time and make decisions within your area of expertise in close collaboration with the team's physician. At the same time, the multidisciplinary treatment team is the hub of the work, where we coordinate interventions and make overall decisions about patient care. Description The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit for Serious Norm-Breaking Behavior (BUP-ANB) is a new regional service starting in 2026. The service builds on the government commission Integrated Care (2021-2024) and offers specialist psychiatric care to community-placed children and young people up to 21 years old with serious norm-breaking behavior and concurrent psychiatric care needs when ordinary outpatient care is insufficient. The unit will be built up with four mobile interprofessional teams consisting of physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and healthcare administrators. In total, the unit will have approximately 25 employees. The target group consists of children and young people with complex psychiatric and social comorbidity, often with experience of care breakdowns, repeated placements, and serious mental health issues. The catchment area covers the entire Västra Götaland region. Initially, the service will focus on adolescents placed in SiS homes in the region. Over time, children and young people in HVB homes and within the Prison Service are also planned to be included in the mandate. The unit is part of the operational area of Neurology and Child Psychiatry at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, within the section for Child Psychiatry 24-Hour Care and Specialty Outpatient Clinics. The service is mobile and meets patients where they are. Work is conducted in a team-based approach with close collaboration between professionals. Description Unit BUP Serious Behavioral Disorders (BUP-ANB) is a new regional operation starting in 2026. The operation builds on the government assignment Integrated Care (2021-2024) and offers specialist psychiatric care to community-placed children and young people up to 21 years old with serious behavioral disorders and concurrent psychiatric care needs when ordinary outpatient care is insufficient. The unit will be built up with four mobile interdisciplinary teams consisting of doctors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and healthcare administrators. Approximately 25 employees will work in the operation in total. The target group is children and young people with extensive psychiatric and social comorbidity. Many have experienced care breakdown, repeated placements, and serious mental health issues such as self-harm, trauma, or behavioral disorders. The service area covers all of Västra Götaland. Initially, the operation targets young people placed in SiS homes in the region. In the long term, children and young people placed in HVB homes and within the Prison and Probation Service are planned to be included. The unit is organizationally part of the Neurology and Child Psychiatry operation at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, within the Child Psychiatric 24-Hour Care and Special Clinics section. The operation is mobile and meets the young person where they are located. Work is conducted on a team basis with close collaboration between professions.
