About the Position This is a combined role where you work within TSL (transition) and Rusta and Matcha. The work involves considerable travel; part of the time you will staff our office in Västra Frölunda. Within TSL – Transition You coach people who have been laid off due to lack of work and who are covered by the collective agreement's transition support via TSL. You work according to TSL regulations and our proven methods to help participants move forward to new employment. The work includes, among other things: conduct individual coaching sessions establish action plans create and develop contacts with employers document and administer participants' interventions support participants throughout the transition process. Within Rusta and Matcha As a career coach and supervisor, you help job seekers within the Swedish Public Employment Service's Rusta and Matcha service to move forward to work or studies as quickly as possible. In the role, you will, among other things: conduct individual coaching sessions help participants write CVs and cover letters conduct seminars and group activities arrange study visits and employer meetings build and develop employer networks document and report according to the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements. Work within other assignments may also become relevant. The position involves travel as part of the work. Who Are You? Qualifications Work Experience You have: at least seven years of full-time work experience, of which at least three years as a coach, meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's competency requirements through relevant education and current work experience as described below. Education You meet one of the following options: Option 1 At least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent education from a university college in, for example: personnel and working life career guidance and counseling business administration psychology behavioral science education social science occupational therapy or social work education. Plus at least two years of current full-time work experience in the field during the past five years. Option 2 At least one year of post-secondary studies with satisfactory results, plus at least three years of current full-time work experience in, for example: management with personnel responsibility recruitment transition work career guidance and counseling handling of personnel matters social and group psychology career counseling. Work experience must have been obtained during the past five years. We are also looking for you if you have very good computer skills good administrative skills experience working in digital systems and job seeker databases good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious It is meritorious if you have: experience with TSL, Rusta and Matcha, KROM, or STOM B driving license and access to your own car additional language skills.
