ABOUT THE POSITION: As a part-time Chemical Engineer, you will join a small team consisting of both senior and junior chemists where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop while applying your knowledge from your studies in real-world work. In this role, you will work together with your team members to develop and test the company's products, which aim to improve the lives of people with certain disabilities who need these solutions. You will work with and review existing products for improvement and participate in the development of new ones. As a part-time Chemical Engineer, you will be involved in development processes related to product functionality and aspects such as materials, hygiene, packaging, and durability, with a primary focus on mechanical testing. Since the work is governed by clear processes, routines, and requirements that must be met, it demands high standards of accuracy and responsibility. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: - Are studying a college or engineering program in chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent with at least 2 years of studies remaining - Have a genuine passion for medical device technology - Have good laboratory experience and knowledge of mechanical testing - Are fluent in Swedish as well as English in both speech and writing, as both languages are used internally and externally - Have the ability to work at least 10h/week Personal fit will be given significant weight.
