Tolkförmedling Väst is a municipal consortium where the West Sweden Region and 46 municipalities, including the City of Gothenburg, are members. The consortium's mission is to meet members' needs for language interpreters—approximately 320,000 interpreter assignments are completed each year. The consortium has 1,400 interpreters in over 170 different languages who perform assignments primarily within healthcare, education, and care services. In addition to interpreter placement, the consortium also conducts translation services. Operations are quality and occupational environment certified according to ISO. 3 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you passionate about service and finding solutions for customers? Then you might be one of our new interpreter coordinators. As an interpreter coordinator, you are the link between customers and interpreters and are responsible for ensuring the right interpreter is in the right place at the right time. You have daily contact with our customers, administer interpreter assignments including feedback and pricing. You also issue certificates and manage our registers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in service. You are thorough, organized, attentive, and flexible, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. We value a good work environment and expect you, like your colleagues, to actively contribute to a pleasant workplace. You have strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite.
