Your Assignment As a technical facility manager, you will have a central role in the day-to-day management of our properties. Experience in procurement and management of contractors. Good understanding of building technical systems, operations, and maintenance. You have experience in technical facility management or another equivalent role where you have worked with operations, maintenance, and development of properties. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy combining a practical approach with planning, economics, and collaboration. As a person, you are confident, structured, and responsible. You work independently, take your own initiatives, and drive your matters forward while finding it easy to collaborate with colleagues, tenants, and external contractors.
