Your consulting manager will support your development as you continuously build new experience and knowledge. An excellent opportunity to build a career. Your Tasks As a 1st line technician, you will be our face to the outside and the first point of contact for our customers needing technical support. You will handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, troubleshoot and solve technical problems, and guide customers through solutions. Additionally, you will document and categorize requests for further analysis and follow-up, and escalate complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support when needed. Beyond this, you will monitor systems and networks to proactively detect and address problems, maintain and update customer user data, provide support for software and hardware installation and configuration, and educate and inform customers about using various systems and tools. Your Profile Our consultants are driven by being responsible, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. They are also strongly interested in understanding customers' various needs, both now and in the future, and continuously developing their skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service to our customers. In addition to the above, you also bring knowledge in any of the following: At least 6 months of experience in a service desk Windows, macOS, or Linux ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop AD administration M365 and basic networking Does this sound like you?
