Currently, we are seeking specialist nurses for the following two home care services in Gothenburg City: For the home care service in Östra Frölunda, we are seeking two permanent positions. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Experience with mental health/NPF/dementia is valued. Visit address: Valthornsgatan 35, Västra Frölunda. For the home care service at Prinsgatan, we are seeking five permanent positions. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Advantageous are good experience mentoring colleagues, experience with dementia, and experience in psychiatry. Visit address: Prinsgatan 12. Working in home care means you help and support people in their own homes, based on the services that have been decided upon. Your work contributes to creating security and enabling the person receiving home care to manage their daily life as independently as possible. The tasks vary, and you provide support in everyday life. This may include, for example, providing support and guidance with meals, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, or simple activities and household chores. You may also perform certain health and medical care tasks under instruction and delegation from, for example, nurses. About You Qualifications We are seeking someone who is trained as a nurse and can provide the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or alternatively can demonstrate that you were employed as a nurse when the new regulations were implemented. Vocational higher education of at least 200 credits with specialization in elderly care, psychiatry, or other areas that the employer deems equivalent. Familiar with IBIC and the development of care plans, good knowledge of current legislation and values (applies to Prinsgatan). The role requires computer skills for documentation and incident management in various IT systems, as well as good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Cycling experience and willingness to use an electric bike for work (applies only to Östra Frölunda).
