Blackjack Dealer in Visby

We're growing in Visby! Best part-time job in town - earn money where the party is ?? "A year ago I barely knew what blackjack was. Now I work at Sweden's most fun bars, run the tables and earn more than many of my friends." – Julia, 21 years old What's it really like to work as a blackjack dealer? Julia, one of our employees, tells you: What the job actually involves: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep track of the game and make sure everyone's having a good time. You set the vibe. One evening you might have a table full of girls on a bachelorette party, the next evening a company on their Christmas party, and then a great group out after work. You're the face of the operation – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games. All that's required is that you're social, calm under pressure and actually enjoy meeting people. The rest you'll learn in Cherry's free in-house training. Why this job? I've tried pretty much everything like cashier, serving, telemarketing. This is the first part-time job that actually feels like something more than just hours for money. Why you should choose Cherry: No two evenings are the same, so you won't get bored. You get paid to be social and present in a fun environment, not to hide behind a screen or in a storage room. Every shift is a journey of discovery among new people so you become really sharp at reading people, chatting and staying on top of things (without even thinking about it). You quickly notice that you're a big part of the vibe and without you it's just not the same flow. You build experience that makes you great at all service jobs (and honestly, life in general). It's a flexible job you can combine with studies or other work. About Cherry: Cherry Spelglädje has existed since 1963 and is Sweden's largest operator of land-based commercial gaming and operates over 80% of the market. We're about 600 people spread across 40 districts around the country. On the floor, Cherry feels like a great team where community is strong and many find lifelong friends. Who we think fits: We're looking for someone who contributes to a great atmosphere at the tables, creates a safe gaming environment and makes guests feel welcome. You can tell quickly when the right person is there. You're a social person who likes fast-paced work and don't get stressed when things move quickly. You think evenings and weekends are prime time. The practical details: Scope: at least 4 weekend evenings/month, approx 20 hours – more if you want Times: evenings and nights, mainly Fridays and Saturdays Wage: from 161 kr/h + OB, commission, holiday pay, pension contributions Collective agreement via HRF, affiliated with Visita. Age limit: 18 years This is one of the few jobs where who you are as a person actually matters, not what's on your CV. Send your application right away and I hope to see you soon! If you have any questions before applying, call or email Chelsea, she's the site manager in Visby. Chelsea Carlman · 0723-99 40 54 · [email protected] Follow us on Instagram: @cherryspelgladje Cherry Spelglädje AB has since 1963 - through professionalism, responsibility and commitment - delivered gaming entertainment at restaurants, lounges, bars, hotels and nightclubs across Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Kiruna in the north and is divided into three regions with offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm. You are responsible for ensuring that the rescue service's goals in the action program for accident prevention are achieved, and that operations are continuously monitored and developed. An important part of your assignment is to secure the rescue service's capacity during heightened alert status, which also means that you conduct active environmental monitoring within rescue services, emergency preparedness, and civil defense. In the management and development of operations, you will be supported by two unit managers and an operations developer, who report directly to you and for whom you have direct personnel and work environment responsibility. To succeed in the role, you will build strong collaborations with other departments within Region Gotland and external partners, while representing and advocating for the rescue services in both regional and national contexts. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience from municipal rescue services and current management and/or leadership experience. This experience is complemented by an educational background in rescue management. This means that you have successfully completed either MSB's training for incident commanders (LK Insatsledare) or the rescue management course B (including the Swedish Rescue Board's previous advanced training). Alternatively, you have a degree in fire engineering in accordance with the Higher Education Ordinance combined with approved supplementary training in rescue services for fire engineers from the Swedish Agency for Civil Protection. The position requires that you are a Swedish citizen, hold a category B driver's license, and possess very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have training in fire protection supervision and MSB's management training within rescue operations. We would like to see that you have experience in fire prevention work according to LSO/LBE, staff work within crisis organizations, and the ability to lead complex rescue operations. Experience in cooperation with authorities within civil protection and leadership in a politically governed organization is also highly meritorious. As a leader, you are confident, stable, and unpretentious, with good self-awareness and the ability to adapt to the situation. You maintain calm and focus even under pressure, take responsibility, and drive work forward with clear focus on goals and results. You lead and motivate others by creating engagement and participation, while being attentive and open to others' perspectives. You communicate clearly, clarify expectations, and follow up. When the situation requires it, you are decisive and action-oriented and make well-considered decisions even under time pressure. Why Choose Region Gotland? Psychologist/Social Worker for En väg in and Första Linjen

Psychiatry on Gotland is divided into adult and child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP). There is also a primary care unit, Första Linjen, which is organized together with BUP. Första Linjen serves children and young people ages 6-17 and their parents. Första Linjen is not located in the same facility as BUP, which makes the reception independent as a counseling clinic. Första Linjen and BUP work closely together, including regarding the distribution of cases and patients with moderate psychiatric conditions. Management is shared and we have a common intake function EVI, En väg in, which triages patients to the appropriate care unit. We are very committed to ensuring that the care we provide to children and young people is equitable, accessible, safe, and effective. To ensure evidence-based health and medical care, we continuously work to develop our operations by ensuring alignment with national guidelines and the best available knowledge base. We are now seeking a therapist for our experienced and friendly team. Your Tasks The position consists partly of working with assessment at En väg in, which is our intake function, and working with treatment and assessment at Första Linjen. Based on your profile, we will adapt how much of each assignment you take on. At Första Linjen we work based on a fundamental family perspective where each team member independently works with assessment and treatment of the children and young people, as well as their parents, who come to us. This is done with good support from experienced colleagues. All team members are also expected to lead, together with a colleague or independently, one of the group treatments in our offering. These primarily have psychoeducational components, with some containing cognitive and behavior-oriented strategies. In some treatments we also offer digital alternatives. Some group treatments are conducted jointly by Första Linjen and BUP. Collaboration with schools and student health services is an important part of the work. At En väg in much of the work is done through telephone reception where we conduct standardized assessments using interviews and rating forms. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues with high expertise in triage. You will be part of a team with psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, and coordinators. Within En väg in you will be part of a team with nurses and social workers from BUP. We offer external group supervision. We have treatment conferences where you have the opportunity to receive support and consultation from colleagues regarding patient cases. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist or social worker. You have basic CBT training, what was previously called level 1. You have good collaboration skills, an empathetic approach, and good ability to plan and structure your work. Previous work in psychiatry is a merit. Experience working with children and families, both individually and in groups is a merit, as is previous experience working at the primary care level and providing psychoeducation and leading group treatments. We place great importance on your personal suitability, particularly that you are a responsible and mature person with good ability to collaborate internally and externally. An extract from the suspicion and penalty register will be obtained before any potential employment. Why Choose Region Gotland? We are the island's largest employer – with over 200 different professions and over 6,800 employees in Sweden's only combined region and municipality.
