Julia, one of our employees, tells you: What the job actually involves: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep track of the game and make sure everyone's having a good time. You set the vibe. One evening you might have a table full of girls on a bachelorette party, the next evening a company on their Christmas party, and then a great group out after work. You're the face of the operation – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games. All that's required is that you're social, calm under pressure and actually enjoy meeting people. The rest you'll learn in Cherry's free in-house training. Why this job?
