Personal Assistant Needed as Substitute
We're looking for you to work as a substitute in personal assistance for a social and friendly person. Here you work independently with the customer in their home. There are clear routines for the work and tasks. If you're unsure about anything, you can ask the customer. We're primarily looking for the right person – someone who enjoys working with people and thrives with independent work where personal chemistry and responsibility are important. Who are we looking for? You need to be: responsible and reliable social and at the same time attentive comfortable working independently organized good at seeing what needs to be done comfortable working long shifts. You need to have a natural eye for order and cleanliness and be able to see and take care of things without always needing to be told. You should be able to speak, read, and understand Swedish well, as good communication is an important part of the work. Previous experience in personal assistance is a merit but not a requirement. The right personality and a good match with the customer carry significant weight. Shared interests are a plus The customer is social and has several interests. It is therefore especially positive if you yourself are interested in, for example: Gaming and computer games Board games and role-playing games Hockey and other sports Cooking You don't naturally need to share all interests. The idea is that shared interests can make the work both more natural and more enjoyable. The home also has two cats, so you need to be comfortable with animals. Work hours and staffing This position is substitute work, for example when regular staff are absent and when the operation needs reinforcement. Work shifts are 12 hours: Day: 07.00–19.00 Night: 19.00–07.00 Weekend work may occur. As a new substitute, you start with onboarding during daytime. When that works well, you move on to night onboarding. You normally work alone with the customer. Therefore, it's important that you are confident, independent, and responsible. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment form is "hourly employment," which means work as needed with varying hours during day, evening, and night shifts. Working Hours Shifts vary (minor adjustments to times may occur in the future): Day: 07.00–15.00 Evening: 15.00–22.00 Night: 22.00–07.00 (includes on-call time/sleeping shift) This position starts as an hourly temporary role, but if we find the right person, there is a possibility it could transition to a smaller permanent position in the future. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date as soon as possible / by agreement!
