About the Position Personal assistance is a service provided under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to a smooth-running everyday life. Each assistance is uniquely tailored to the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client's individual needs guide the workday, and your work may include, for example, assistance with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as household chores and activities inside and outside the home. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. For this position, you must: Want to work for a 27-year-old woman living in Vilhelmina Be smoke-free (during work hours) Have good knowledge of Swedish Be able to tolerate pets (a dog lives in the home) For this position, it is an advantage if you: Have experience with similar work Share the client's interests – for example, music, walks, and spending time outdoors on a swing Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment form is "hourly employment," which means work as needed with varying hours during day, evening, and night shifts. Working Hours Shifts vary (minor adjustments to times may occur in the future): Day: 07.00–15.00 Evening: 15.00–22.00 Night: 22.00–07.00 (includes on-call time/sleeping shift) This position starts as an hourly temporary role, but if we find the right person, there is a possibility it could transition to a smaller permanent position in the future. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date as soon as possible / by agreement!
