About the role As a service technician at Kylslaget, you will be a key person in our team. You will be responsible for: Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air-source heat pumps at our customers' locations Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air-source heat pumps at our customers' locations Working independently in the field, with the security of always having a team that supports you Solving problems on-site and ensuring the best possible customer experience Handling a fast pace and being flexible for a few trips with overnight stays each month The position is based mostly from Kungsbacka in Gothenburg, where we have a warehouse. The position also involves travel to other cities. The employment is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are full-time, daytime Monday to Friday, and salary is provided in the form of a fixed monthly salary by agreement.
