We are looking for you, a licensed registered nurse, who wants to work as an hourly substitute during daytime, Monday-Sunday. About the role You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure high quality in the operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this work, you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations. Getting to know the residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions. About Villa Kristineberg Villa Kristineberg is a modern elderly care home with 60 beds with a focus on dementia and somatic care. The residence is state-of-the-art and has a beautiful garden and balconies. Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed registered nurse and we would like to see that you have worked several years within elderly care. Our residents often have multiple medical conditions, which requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in aging people. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
