Responsibilities The role of Project Manager is important in the development of Botkyrkabyggen. The Project Manager works in the Real Estate Development Department, which is responsible for the company's new construction, expansion, and renovation projects. You will be based at our head office in Tumba and report to the Real Estate Development Manager. In your role as Project Manager, you are responsible for independently planning and executing new construction, expansion, and renovation projects from start to finish, serving as project manager during the design phase and construction manager during production. You have several years of experience leading construction projects, either as a client, consultant, or contractor, and are confident in independently driving projects. A driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of LOU, experience in sustainable construction, energy efficiency, or climate initiatives, and experience from the public sector. The Administration is responsible for the municipality's labor market initiatives, day activities, adult education, and matters concerning post-secondary education. At the start of the new year, the upper secondary school will become part of the Administration. This creates new opportunities to strengthen the connection between education, the labor market, and skills supply, and to develop cohesive support for Botkyrka residents through different stages of life. The Position and Your Tasks We are looking for a coordinator who wants to develop, coordinate, and ensure quality in the municipality's Youth Activity Responsibility (KAA). As a coordinator, you have a key role in the municipality's efforts to create conditions for more young people between 16 and 20 years old to return to studies or take the next step toward work and financial independence. Through a structured and long-term approach, you contribute to ensuring that each young person receives the right support based on their needs and circumstances.
