Responsibilities
In the role of Property Inspector, you will work with apartment inspections in connection with move-ins and move-outs, conduct apartment viewings, and hold move-in and move-out meetings. The role also includes changing cylinders and locks on doors, distributing keys, and creating key tags for assignment. You will handle administrative tasks, order maintenance measures in apartments as needed, and inform tenants about Botkyrkabyggen's optional services. Changing names on doors and building directories and invoice handling are also part of the role.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in property management, civil engineering, or equivalent, as well as experience from the real estate industry. We would appreciate if you have several years of work experience with inspections and investigations in various forms related to properties. You have good knowledge of the property management system Vitec and Aptus for key tag management. It is advantageous if you have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and experience working as a project manager. A driver's license (Category B) is a requirement. To succeed in the role, you are thorough, organized, and stress-resistant, with good communication and collaboration skills. You work independently and with quality awareness, thus contributing to the development of the operation.
