Responsibilities The role of Project Manager is important in the development of Botkyrkabyggen. The Project Manager works in the Real Estate Development Department, which is responsible for the company's new construction, expansion, and renovation projects. You will be based at our head office in Tumba and report to the Real Estate Development Manager. In your role as Project Manager, you are responsible for independently planning and executing new construction, expansion, and renovation projects from start to finish, serving as project manager during the design phase and construction manager during production. Main Tasks Drive projects from start to finish with focus on results, schedule, quality, and budget Conduct procurement processes in accordance with LOU/framework agreements from consultants Responsible for cost control and cost management in projects Responsible for quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work in projects Contribute to the development of the department's processes, routines, and templates Qualifications We are looking for you who have an engineering degree in construction – for example civil engineer or university engineer – or equivalent experience. You have several years of experience leading construction projects, either as a client, consultant, or contractor, and are confident in independently driving projects. A driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of LOU, experience in sustainable construction, energy efficiency, or climate initiatives, and experience from the public sector. To succeed in this role, we see that you are business-minded and have a good understanding of project economics. You work in a structured way with a holistic view of technology, economics, and environment, and are both proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented. You are good at collaborating and building trust in project organizations, and are communicative and confident in dialogue with both internal and external parties. Furthermore, you have a strong customer focus and want to create value for tenants, while being curious and wanting to develop together with us.
