Graphic Designer / Art Director
ILFT is an advertising agency located at Bokskogen outside Malmö. We offer the same professional services and quality as the largest agencies, but with greater flexibility and shorter processes. We work with both large international brands and smaller companies, in both consumer markets and B2B. Among our clients are Nestlé, Orkla, Findus, Midsona, Bostik, and Egmont. Through close client dialogue and high standards for ideas, design, and execution, we create campaigns, advertisements, retail materials, social media, web, photography, film, and TV commercials for the Nordic market. We are now looking for an Art Director / graphic designer who is passionate about advertising, design, and communication. About the role As part of our team, you will work with advertising for many different channels – from print, social media, and web to photography, film, and TV commercials. You design advertisements, develop campaign expressions, create social media materials, produce print originals, and contribute visually in film and photo productions. The role suits you if you want to work broadly, take significant responsibility, and be close to the entire process: from idea and concept to layout, production, originals, and final delivery. With us, you get to work with well-known brands without getting stuck in a narrow role. Here, the path from thought to decision is short, collaboration is close, and the opportunity to make an impact is great. Who we are looking for We are looking for you who always want to grow in your work and are passionate about breadth and depth when it comes to ideas, messaging, and design. Whether you have just completed relevant education or worked several years at an advertising agency or marketing department, what matters most is your talent and drive. You must have a strong graphic sensibility with a subtle feel for typography and design. At the same time, you need to be able to work with different styles and adopt various graphic profiles. In addition to InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, it is an advantage if you have experience with additional programs for film, 3D, or web. Since you are responsible for production-ready materials, precision is required and you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. We often have many projects running simultaneously, so you need to be able to handle multiple assignments in parallel, maintain pace, and still maintain a high professional level. Other appreciated qualities are customer service mindset, humor, humility, and an open mind. And that you find it easy to understand and familiarize yourself with different clients' brands, industries, and marketing challenges. What we offer With us, you get real influence and a short path from idea to decision, without unnecessary hierarchy and long chains of command. You become a significant part of a small, cohesive team with plenty of room to maneuver. And you get to enjoy the peace of the countryside with Bokskogen and the animals as your nearest neighbors. Application Apply via email to [email protected]. Portfolio is mandatory. Send a selection of your work – as a PDF or link to a website – that shows your range, your sensibility, and how you professionally handle text, typography, images, and form.
