Assignment
We are now seeking nursing assistants for elderly care home services who feel committed to their work, enjoy working with people and have the ability to meet our patients' special needs. We offer you exciting and stimulating work where you, together with pleasant and committed colleagues, make a difference every day.
Your tasks include supporting our patients with care, activities and training. Assisting with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene and handling medications based on delegation are some examples of work tasks. Your role also includes developing implementation plans, documenting, conducting regular evaluations and contributing to maintaining good quality in the operations. By taking into account each individual's needs, you contribute to meaningfulness and joy for our elderly. We monitor quality in national registers such as Senior Alert. Documentation is done in Lifecare Mobil Omsorg. We have keyless home care and digital signing. In daily care and elderly services work, you collaborate across professions with unit managers, nursing assistants, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
Home care is divided into three geographic areas; East and West with offices in Svedala and North with an office in Bara.
Competence
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with experience working as a nursing assistant. You have good computer skills as the work includes documentation and good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written. As a nursing assistant in home care, you travel between patients by car or bicycle, therefore you need to have a driver's license and be able to cycle. If you have experience with Lifecare and Senior Alert, that is also an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is positive, confident, stress-resistant and has personal maturity. To succeed in the role, you should have good interpersonal skills, be attentive and have the ability to prioritize your work tasks. You can work independently but are also a team player who values good cooperation. You share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment.
