Assignment
The assignment involves responsibility for home care nursing in ordinary housing. The target group is primarily elderly patients with multiple conditions, but also other people who need services. You will be part of an HSL team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
As a nurse, you work consultatively with medical assessments, medication management and support and advice to care staff. You are tasked with coordinating and planning the collective health and care services for the individual patient and maintaining contact with family members. An important part of the work is working as a team around the patient to achieve a comprehensive perspective.

We welcome you as a licensed nurse or district nurse, preferably with experience working in municipal home care nursing. Previous experience with documentation in Life Care HSL is seen as an advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement.
