About the job The new unit will consist of recruitment partners working with recruitment across the entire process, with all of Sweden as the work area. The unit is responsible for recruitment support to the entire agency and across different departments and operational areas. Each work group/team will work cross-functionally with the organization's needs in focus. In your role as unit manager for workforce planning, you are responsible for: - leading and developing the unit toward increased strategic excellence, knowledge, and clear operational focus - ensuring a cohesive, unified, and equitable recruitment process and its continuous development - ensuring that competence and working methods meet future needs and create efficient workflows and continuous learning - planning, leading, and following up on the unit's delivery and contributing to the HR department's shared mission, goals, and direction You have personnel responsibility for the unit's employees, participate in the HR department's management group, and report to the HR Director, who is based in Sundbyberg. As a unit manager, you have operational, personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for your unit. You translate overarching goals and strategies into clear assignments. As a member of the department's management group, you share responsibility for leading and developing the department together with your colleagues. You collaborate within and outside the agency to achieve results and create value for our customers. You are expected to be able to exercise close leadership even when you and your employees work in different locations. As a unit manager, you will be based in Stockholm, or alternatively in Gothenburg, Malmö, or Östersund. Your qualifications: - academic education primarily in HR, of at least 180 hp (120p) - several years of current and relevant management experience in the HR field - current experience in the recruitment field and personnel selection within the public sector and in further developing processes and working methods in the stated area It is desirable that you have completed management and leadership training. The goal is to create a cohesive strategic HR delivery with a broader mandate. The new business-focused HR support unit will consist of HR partners, negotiation expertise, and specialist roles in occupational environment, labor law, and compensation.
