HR Business Partner for Stockholm-Arlanda Airport

We at Swedavia need to recruit an HRBP who wants to work with qualified HR issues in an exciting environment, who is comfortable with independent responsibility, and who wants to be part of a great work group – HR Business! What does the role involve? As an HRBP, you are responsible for providing operational, tactical, and strategic HR support to leaders in the operation you work with. Your responsibilities include: Work in a supportive, guiding, and coaching capacity, but also in a directive manner to ensure the operation achieves its objectives, develops its business, and complies with laws and agreements within HR matters Work closely with the operation to best understand its needs while being part of the HR organization's work to develop our processes, create tools, provide training, and find new ways forward for successful HR support Participate in the management group for the operation you support and play an important role there in driving progress on the operation's HR matters and objectives Work across the entire HR process while receiving support from HR's specialist organization and our HR Service Center You will be part of a varied operation where you will meet driven, engaged, and motivated leaders who, together with you, want to continue developing their team and their leadership. Who are you? We see that you have: Academic education in HR, for example from the HR Specialist Program, PA track, PAO program, or equivalent Many years of experience in broad HR work Good knowledge of employment law and experience handling labor relations and negotiations Experience handling personnel matters Experience driving projects and change processes Experience driving and developing HR's work methods, tools, and processes for increased efficiency and quality in deliveries to the operation Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing As a person, you value team cohesion and joint delivery while being able to drive your own matters forward. To thrive in the HRBP role, you need high integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. You are expected to build long-term relationships at all levels in the operation, so your communication skills are important. Additionally, we want you to be development-oriented and experienced in managing and driving change.
