We are looking for you who want varied and enjoyable work where during the winter months, together with your colleagues, you play a crucial role in airport operations. What does the role involve? As an operations technician during the winter season, you will primarily work with snow removal and maintenance of runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking areas. When it is not snowing, your work tasks vary and may include cleaning and technical maintenance of the airport's surfaces and equipment, as well as supporting other departments at the airport. The position involves physical work with tasks such as cleaning, vegetation clearing, baggage handling, and passenger assistance. Work pace varies and can be high during certain periods, while very calm during others. Since the airport is open 24 hours a day and every day of the year, it means working during days, nights, and weekends. Approximately 50 percent of your working time will be scheduled at night. The position is a seasonal employment, approximately between October and April. Who are you? We are looking for you who have: Category B driver's license Category C driver's license or 5 years of machinery experience with wheel loader, tractor, excavator, or similar Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Good physical ability You need to enjoy collaborating with others but also working independently.
