About the Department
The maintenance department has approximately 70 employees working in preventive, mechanical, and electrical maintenance. This role is part of one of three teams that work with mechanical maintenance.
Your Role
We offer a position at one of Europe's largest cement factories. Here you will have the opportunity to develop and work with varied tasks in a unique environment. As a mechanic, you will work closely with your colleagues on troubleshooting and repairs ranging from smaller machines to gigantic kilns and mills. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects and improvements to operational and maintenance systems. On-call duty is included in the role.

Your Profile
You are an engaged and solution-focused person who thrives working together with others to succeed as a team. To perform well in this role, you need to be able to work physically as our mechanics are mobile and active throughout the workday. We are looking for someone who is a trained mechanic or has equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent. A valid driver's license (category B) and good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing are required. If you have prior experience with preventive or corrective maintenance in industry, as well as welding skills, we consider that a merit.
