Working Hours and Benefits: You work day, evening, and every other weekend according to schedule – usually 06.45–15, 07.15–15.30, 13.00–21.30, or 14.00–22.00. We apply a 37-hour work week for day and evening staff. With us, you work three out of six weekends per schedule period – but if you want to take additional shifts, you also get 1,000 kr extra per additional weekend worked (up to four occasions)! If you have previous experience from work in special housing or home care, we see that as a merit, as well as if you have previously worked with the quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert. You need to have good computer skills and preferably experience with social documentation. We have 30 places and provide advanced healthcare for service users with extensive care needs. Our scheduling periods are 6 weeks and you always work every other weekend (3 of 6 weekends). Want to work more weekends? Each extra shift gives 1 000 kr gross and you can take a maximum of 4 extra shifts per scheduling period.
