The assignment will be in a dementia unit or geriatric psychiatric unit.
Job Responsibilities
You will help shape the day for our elderly residents through care, social interaction, and support with meals and personal hygiene. At our facilities, activities are in focus – we want our elderly to have an active, meaningful, and joyful life, and you play an important role in that.
You will also work as a primary care contact, carry out delegated tasks, and write social documentation.
Working Hours and Benefits:
You work day, evening, and every other weekend according to schedule – usually 06.45–15, 07.15–15.30, 13.00–21.30, or 14.00–22.00.
We apply a 37-hour work week for day and evening staff.
With us, you work three out of six weekends per schedule period – but if you want to take additional shifts, you also get 1,000 kr extra per additional weekend worked (up to four occasions)!

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. If you have previous experience from work in special housing or home care, we see that as a merit, as well as if you have previously worked with the quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert. You need to have good computer skills and preferably experience with social documentation.
We're looking for someone who understands the importance of good conduct toward users, relatives, and colleagues. You have strong collaboration skills with a sense of responsibility for both work tasks and contributing to a good workplace climate. You are confident in yourself and in your professional role. You are happy to contribute to developing the operations, enjoy when things happen around you, and take on new challenges with great curiosity and flexibility.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.

Good to Know
To be called for an interview, you must be able to provide a passing grade in Swedish 1 at high school level or equivalent. If this is lacking, you will be asked to take a digital language test.
Upon offered employment, an acceptable extract from the Police's record of convictions and suspects register must be provided. For this position, an extract for work in the home for elderly persons is required.

Forellen Care Home is centrally located in Partille Municipality and currently consists of three units with different focuses: a geriatric psychiatric unit, a dementia unit, and a somatic unit with the ability to receive individuals with advanced healthcare needs.
