Your work includes advanced nursing care and the daily activities are based on our service users' needs and objectives for their stay. We are also in the midst of a comprehensive digitalization journey. Digital tools, mobile devices, digital key locks, and smart sensors are used daily, and since our service users stay with us for shorter periods, flexibility and digital competence are important parts of the role.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to be a trained nursing assistant with experience working in healthcare, preferably with a focus on short-term care. If you have previous experience in acute care, complex patients, multi-morbid patients, or palliative care, that is a merit. Since documentation and digitalization are a very important part of the work as a nursing assistant, you need to have good computer skills. The work tasks also include communicating with service users, their relatives, and various professions, which requires that you are able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
We are therefore looking for someone who is flexible and can quickly adapt when circumstances change, with a positive attitude toward the fact that the work can look different from day to day. You work unpretentiously with your colleagues and contribute by listening, communicating, and together finding solutions, even when situations become challenging. You are confident in your professional role, dare to stand by your assessments, and can set boundaries when needed. At the same time, you have the ability to see the bigger picture, think long-term, and contribute to the development of the operation. You are open to feedback and see differences and challenges as an opportunity to develop and create an even better operation together.

Good to Know
To be called for an interview, you must be able to provide a passing grade in Swedish 1 at upper secondary school level or equivalent. If this is missing, you will be required to complete a digital language test.
Upon an offered employment, an acceptable extract from the Police's criminal record and suspicion register must be provided. For this position, this refers to extracts for work in the home with elderly persons.

Your New Workplace
The Short-Term Care Unit is centrally located in Partille at Gamla Kronvägen 82. We have 30 places and provide advanced healthcare for service users with extensive care needs.
Our scheduling periods are 6 weeks and you always work every other weekend (3 of 6 weekends). Want to work more weekends? Each extra shift gives 1 000 kr gross and you can take a maximum of 4 extra shifts per scheduling period. Here at the short-term care unit, the weekend feeling is important, so we plan the schedule so that you have day shifts on Fridays before your free weekend - we actively work together for a good balance between work and leisure.
