As project manager, you have overall responsibility for budget and schedule, and you are the coordinating function that ensures the team delivers as planned. You follow the project's progress, coordinate activities and proactively handle opportunities and risks. You also drive discussions with the customer regarding changes to the project based on documentation received such as drawings and descriptions, and you calculate and determine material and labor costs. You will conduct project follow-ups and together with the Site Manager and Controller carry out financial monitoring of service, contract and installation assignments. Qualifications Relevant post-secondary technical education (such as property engineer, electrical energy engineer, building technician) Knowledge in ventilation, cooling, heating, electricity and/or control and automation technology Experience in project management and experience managing multiple projects as well as working with financial tasks. Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
