About Technical Property Services Technical Property Services AB, TFS, is a Northern Sweden-based company that manages maintenance and development of properties for customers who are property owners and users in industry, public and commercial sectors. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of building technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity and automation. The business is based in Northern Sweden with offices at 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north and with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed by TFS About the Position In the role of project manager, you will plan, lead and allocate work on ventilation installations, and you may also be involved in projects for electrical and automation engineering. You will drive several smaller projects in parallel and are responsible for the entire project cycle, from start, implementation to completion. As project manager, you have overall responsibility for budget and schedule, and you are the coordinating function that ensures the team delivers as planned. You follow the project's progress, coordinate activities and proactively handle opportunities and risks. You also drive discussions with the customer regarding changes to the project based on documentation received such as drawings and descriptions, and you calculate and determine material and labor costs. You will conduct project follow-ups and together with the Site Manager and Controller carry out financial monitoring of service, contract and installation assignments. Qualifications Relevant post-secondary technical education (such as property engineer, electrical energy engineer, building technician) Knowledge in ventilation, cooling, heating, electricity and/or control and automation technology Experience in project management and experience managing multiple projects as well as working with financial tasks. Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
